What does it cost to list my rental properties on RentMarkets.com?

A listing runs 7 or 30 days from the date the listing is activated. The initial weekly or monthly rate is paid securely online using a credit or debit card at the time of listing the property. The Per Click charge will be invoiced via email, and can be paid by credit or debit card.
A featured listing is displayed in the active screen (upper area of homepage), exposed to homepage visitors. It will also be found at the top of the search results when queried by the searching public. The price of the featured listing is more than a non-featured listing. It may appear with other featured listings. Photos are required to request the Featured Listing.
The weekly or monthly rate is paid securely online using a credit or debit card at the time of listing the property. An email alert will be sent 5 days prior to the listing expiration date for renewing the listing for another month, if you choose to do so.
You can submit up to three photos, drawings, or diagrams of your rental property. The files must be: 1) a .jpg (“jpeg”) file, 2) no more than 300px with a filename not containing any spaces or special characters (ex. $, %, #, etc.). According to real estate experts, the optimal combination would be interior photo, an exterior photo, and a floor plan. Photos can be added or deleted at any time.
Yes. RentMarkets.com uses a service called PayPal. Your encrypted data is transferred over a secure connection so that your personal information is completely protected during every transaction. It is not necessary to have a personal PayPal account in order to pay for your listings at RentMarkets.com.
You can update your listings at any time. Select Landlord Center and log in. A screen will open showing the rental properties you have entered into RentMarkets.com. Locate the listing you wish to update, and select “Edit This Rental.”
